Permanent Residential Berth Available

Hermitage is looking for applicants with suitable historic craft built prior to 1965 to join this unique self managed mooring development. Applicants should either currently own or be prepared to purchase a vessel that is in original or 'in trade' condition and has not been significantly altered through conversion to residential use.

Please note the overall length of the vessel, including anchors, fixed bowsprits and extended rudders, must not exceed the length of the berth on offer. The current fee is £4,660/m.

21.7m maximum length, 1.2m maximum draft. Fee £101,122.

17.2m maximum length, 1.2m maximum draft. Fee £80,152.

Berths will be available for occupation in Dec 2008 - Jan 2009
